This online form is preliminary application form. Actual application
will be filled with the Photo ID. This application generates
a unique registration ID that remains with Client as a proof
that client request for CCV TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION services
has been acknowledged and further the client has given the consent
for the activation of the service.
Refund Policy:Full refund would be provided it must be requested within 12 hrs. after placing of the Order. Also 50% refund would be given it must be requested after 12 hrs but before 3 days of time period. Failure to request the refund before 12 hrs as stated on, client for any reason disagree or backs out then $ 20.00 CDN would be charged for this default.
